[Sw-l] signwriting Python Utilities Update

Hi all,
I wanted to give a short update about recent utilities I worked on at
https://github.com/sign-language-processing/signwriting (of course, always
standing on the shoulders of Giants!)

*Specifically*:

   - *Fingerspelling* data in 24 languages from the old SignWriting
   keyboard (and automatic fingerspelling creation, vertical/horizontal)
   - *Mouthing* data in IPA (and automatic mouthing in SignWriting creation
   for 121 languages)

A quick example of how to use the new utilities (for coders):
