[Sw-l] Question about mouth gestures

That looks like Stefan’s SpeechWriting. Or is it more specifically Mouth Movement Writing or something like that? There are several symbols that were his own creations that aren’t going to be found in SignPuddle because they are in the ISWA 2010.

If I were to try and find a symbol that best matches your description of “tongue between tight lips”, I would probably use this one:
