[Sw-l] SignPuddle Upgrade Complete

Hi SignWriting list,

I have completed the upgrade of the SignWriting Legacy Server, which 
hosts SignPuddle Online.  I have double the processing power available 
and increased the memory.  Both of these were being maxed out and 
causing slowdowns and crashes.

Going forward, I am hoping that this will resolve the issues people were 
having with SignPuddle.  I will continue to monitor the situation and 
continue to look for ways to improve performance and the user experience.
