[Sw-l] SignPuddle Online Update

Hi SignWriting list,

Quick update on SignPuddle: I've been dealing with bot attacks on the 
SignWriting legacy server, which have affected SignPuddle Online and 
caused slowdowns and periods of unresponsiveness.

I've recently implemented a new safeguard that should help reduce these 
issues and improve overall performance. I'm hopeful that users will 
notice a more responsive and reliable experience going forward.

Thank you for your patience and for continuing to use SignPuddle. Please 
let me know if you notice any ongoing issues.
