[Sw-l] New version of SignMaker

Hi all,

In the last week, I worked on a new version of SignMaker, improving the
usability, and modernizing the interface.

It was most important for me to also add tools, such as fingerspelling,
mouthing, or translation, to allow for easier and faster writing.

Thanks again to Steve for building the entire thing, I truly just added a
coat of paint on something already usable.
