[Sw-l] New version of SignMaker

Thanks Amit,

The new version of SignMaker is very interesting and forward looking.

This version of SignMaker is like a public utility.  Web developers can 
hook into this SignMaker so that their users can edit existing signs or 
create new signs without the web developer having to recreate or embed 
SignMaker into their website.

Amit's new version adds a modern design and usability features that will 
make this easier to use across the various devices that people currently 
use.

Thanks Amit for the great work and continued support of SignWriting.  
It's great to see.
