[Sw-l] SignWriting servers are down

Hi SignWriting List,

The SignWriting legacy server is back online. SignBank.orgis accessible 
and SignPuddle is working. The SignWriting flagship server is a 
different story. The investigation continues and it could be a few days 
until SignWriting.orgis back online.
