[Sw-l] SignWriting servers are down

Hi Adam,

The flagship server is up and running.  All of the web sites should be 
back up.

Before you can SSH to the flagship server to update the contents, I will 
need your IP address.  If you do a google search for "what my ip", you 
will be able to find various sites that will tell you your ip.  it 
should look life 4 numbers connected by ".", such as 192.169.100.18 but 
you numbers will be different.
