Maybe I unknowingly resurrected it because I filed this 
https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T437814 a couple of days ago: 
"wmflabs.org-hosted script no longer works on some Wikimedia Incubator 
sites". The bug was marked as stalled because of the bug you just 
mentioned. I hope that puts some pressure to upgrade those servers.
