[Teach-grammar] Spanish Grammar

Hello, I am new to this Listserv. My name is Corin Newman, and I am
currently instruction on the Spanish language, there are a few questions
regarding grammar. The reason of these questions is because I did not know
how hard was for native speakers to teach something that has been learned
since " one was born". One of the Issues I frequently have are the

   - Articles
   - Preterite
   - present progressive ( ing)
   - verb to be

If there are a few tips in how to deliver the lesson and come with a not so
confusing explanation of why we have " Yo estoy " and " Yo soy"  utilizing
the verb " SER"
