identifying language spoken in forthcoming film

Dear all,

Is anyone able to identify the language being spoken by the woman in this
film?

I met the film-maker at a conference recently, and saw a draft version of
the film, in which the language is described as a 'dialect of Tibetan',
which is obviously problematic. It would be great if the film could
actually name the language being spoken. Any help appreciated. I can
provide an audio sample of the language if needed.
