Question about the 21st HLS in Kirtipur, 2015

Hi Kristine, 

Last I heard the folks in Nepal were putting off serious planning for
HLS until after the LSN Conference in November. AFAIK exact dates of the
conference haven't been decided yet, and there's been no call for
papers.
