[Tibeto-burman-linguistics] Descriptive grammar of Kinnauri - DD Sharma

Till date there has been no systematic comparative work published on the Tibeto-Burman languages of Kinnaur. The term “Kinnauri” (in its various spellings) has been used to refer to various varieties of Kinnauri.

I am in the process of funalizing a monograph entitled “The linguistic landscape of the Indian Himalayas: Languages in Kinnaur” , which will appear next year. This monograph contains also a comparative examination of Tibeto-Burman varieties of Kinnaur.

Best wishes,
Anju

Dear Bettina,

You are certainly right that Sharma's descriptions are not unproblematic in all details; I find that Takahashi is the most reliable scholar working on Kinnauri. I attach his Kinnauri works that I happen to have electronically.
best,
Nathan

I wouldn't rely on DD Sharma.
What I have seen of his work is most problematic.
Perhaps ask Anju Saxena for more reliable data?

Dear Colleagues,
Would anyone happen to have an electronic version of the Descriptive grammar of Kinnauri by DD Sharma, and be able to share it with me?
