I write to bring to your attention the launch of a new journal, which is
both open-access and peer-reviewed:

The editor is Andrea Fuccaro of Università Ca'Foscari Venezia. The journal
seeks submissions of papers that "adopt evidence-based approaches to all
areas of linguistics related to South Asian literary (classical and
modern/contemporary), spoken and/or endangered languages." Here is the Call
