[Tibeto-burman-linguistics] Request for citation info

Hi All,
I just came across an old article by Søren Egerod, the great Danish linguist, called “Thoughts on Transitivity”  (attached). It is downloadable from the Academia Sinica IHP website, but it has no citation information. Does anyone know the publication information about this paper?
