Here is a flyer for a new book, Endangered and Marginalized Languages in East and Southeast Asia, edited by Shoichi Iwasaki and William O’Grady. It won’t be out for a few more days, but when the e-book comes out (24 Sept) I understand it will be open access (https://brill.com/display/title/74333).
