Dear members of the ura-list!

Michael Everson, Trond Trosterud and I present now a new version of our
FUPA-proposal. Before we can proceed and present this document for further
actions in the standardization field, it has to be discussed by Uralists.

Please give your comments on this list. It is very essential for further
processing that this proposal has been discussed by the possible users (=
Uralists).

For further work we would appreciate if you comment before end of this year.

Amoung other we would appreciate your comment on how you consider our proposal:
- providing full FUPA support in ISO 10646 / Unicode is
	- not necessary
	- useful
	- absolutely needed for future research

Do not hesitate to contact me for questions etc.

Let me know, if you wish to receive a paper copy of the document (dont
forget the address!).

Please, comment (even if you express your support very shortly). If you do
not support our proposal, then, please, give us guidance to improve the
proposal.

Michael Everson, Trond Trosterud und ich legen hiermit eine neue Fassung
unseres FUPA-Vorschlages vor. Bevor wir daran weiter arbeiten und es im
Standardisierungsbereich präsentieren können, muss es unter Uralisten
behandelt worden sein.

Bitte kommentieren Sie unser Papier in dieser Liste. Eine solche Diskussion
unter Fachgenossen (= den potenziellen Anwendern) ist für die weitere
Arbeit unerlässlich.

Wir würden uns freuen, wenn uns Ihre Kommentare bis Ende dieses Jahres
erreichen.

Unter anderem möchten wir vor allem wissen, wie Sie unsere Initiative
einschätzen:
- die volle Unterstützung für FUPA in ISO 10646 / Unicode ist
	- nicht notwendig
	- nützlich
	- unbedingt notwendig für die zukünftige Forschung

Ich stehe für Anfragen usw. gerne zur Verfügung.

Wenn Sie das Dokument in Papierform zugeschickt haben möchten, lassen Sie
mich es bitte wissen (Adresse nicht vergessen!).

Wir bitten Sie ganz herzlich, unseren Vorschlag zu kommentieren (und sei es
auch nur eine sehr kurze Äußerung der Unterstützung). Sollten Sie

damit wir Verbesserungen vornehmen können.
