Ott Heinapuu (heinapuu at ut.ee) has informed us that there is informationabout
the next IFUSCO on the pages of the Ariste Centre in Tartu, URL
http://www.ut.ee/Ural/ariste/ifusco18.html - so
far, in Estonian and Russian, an English version will appear soon.

Dmitri Denisov (ddi at ut.ee) sent us an application form in English. Because
some list servers refuse to forward (and many list users refuse to  receive)
formated attachments, the form follows at the end of this message in
plaintext. Those of you who would rather print out a formated application
form (with a beautiful FU emblem, and Cyrillic parallel texts) are advised
to contact Mr Denisov.
