The evening is directed to a wider public. The exhibition on the Livs will
be
presented.

The presentation of the smith himself starts with a lecture by Master of
Applied Arts Daumants Kalni__ on “The magic meaning of ancient jewellery”
and
continues with demonstrations in the old smithy of Vanhalinna manor. Some
jewellery made by Daumant Kalni__ is also offered for sale.

ILMOITTAUTUMINEN, MAKSUT, RUOKAILUT JA MUUTA TÄHDELLISTÄ

Esitelmöitsijöiden Suomen-vierailu järjestetään minimaalisen rahoituksen
turvin. Siksi joudumme vaivaamaan osallistujien kukkaroa.

MAKSUT
Ruoka- ja kahvitarjoilusta huolehtii Vanhalinnan tilausravintola varausten
mukaan. Jokainen osallistuja maksaa etukäteen tilaamansa ruokailun ja
kahvit,
14 euroa / seminaaripäivä. Maksaminen toimii samalla ilmoittautumisena
seminaariin. Huomatkaa, että Vanhalinnassa tai aivan lähistöllä ei ole
saatavana muuta kahvi- tai ruokatarjoilua.
_ Seminaarimaksuna keräämme lisäksi paikan päällä enintään 10 euroa /
seminaaripäivä. Opiskelijoilta maksua ei kerätä.

ILMOITTAUTUMINEN seminaariin tapahtuu siis 12.8. mennessä maksamalla 14
euroa
(yhden päivän ruokailusta ja kahveista) tai 28 euroa (kahdestä päivästä)
tilille Nordea 165235-57362 Tilinomistaja on Muinaiset liiviläiset/Pihlman.
Ilmoittakaa viestikentässä selvästi osallistuja ja osallistumispäivät sekä
mahdollinen erikoisruokavalionne. Suoritettu maksu toimii sekä
ilmoittautumisena että varsinaisena ruokailun ja kahvin tilauksena.

Osallistujia, jotka eivät osallistu kahvitteluun ja ruokailuun, pyydämme
ilmoittautumaan samoin 12.8. mennessä sähköpostitse osoitteeseen
sirkku.pihlman at utu.fi tai muulla tavoin Sirkku Pihlmanille (yhteystiedot
alla).
Tarvitsemme mahdollisimman täsmällisen osallistujamäärän voidaksemme varata
sopivan tilan Vanhalinnan tarjoamista mahdollisuuksista.

Huomatkaa, että kesän säästä riippuen jotkin seminaarin käyttämät tilat
voivat
olla lämmittämättöminä viileitä. Varatkaa siis mukaanne myös lämmintä
vaatetta.

REGISTRATION AND OTHER INFORMATION

Registration is effected by making a payment of 14 Euro for one day and 28
Euro
for two seminar days on the bank giro account Nordea 165235-57362 (owner
Muinaiset liiviläiset/Pihlman) by 12.8. Please add the following
information:
name of the participant, the seminar days you are paying for and a
notification
of a possible special diet. The payment covers food and coffee during the
semi-
nar days.
Because of our restricted seminar budget we will gather a seminar fee for 10
euros / day on the seminar place. This fee does not apply for students.

Please notice that in Vanhalinna some of the rooms can be less warm,
depending
on the weather of the summer. Therefore, warm clothing may be needed.
