1st preliminary information: IFUSCO 2004

Dear All,
just to forward the first preliminary notice from the URAL-LISTA list
(below, in Finnish; apologies again),
after this year's IFUSCO (International Finno-Ugrist Students' Congress) in
Syktyvkar, the next IFUSCO will take place in Budapest, probably in May
2004. Please forward this preliminary information to interested students!

Moderator's addition: Information about previous IFUSCOs and the IFUSCO
tradition can be found at
