Dear All,
A PhD dissertation on history of Komi nationalism was defended at
Univeristy of Tartu, Estonia. The book is in Estonian ("Etnilised
protsessid Vene impeeriumi siseperifeerias 1810-1904. Komi rahvusluse
sünd") but has Summary in English.
For those interested, the whole dissertation is avalilable electronically
at the website of University of Tartu library (www.utlib.ee/en). Search
for author (Jääts, Indrek) in the Library Catalogue ESTER, click on the
title and there it is (juurdepääas digiteeritud versioonile).
