Dear Colleagues,

the 8th Annual Conference of the Estonian Association for Applied
Linguistics, celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Estonian Language Act
of 1989, will take place in Tallinn on 23-24 April 2009, under the title
"Language Policy and Cultural Change", featuring, among others, colleagues
and cooperation partners working with the Catalan language in Barcelona.
