after the ICML XII in Tartu, the homepage of the next International
Conference on Minority Languages is now accessible at http://www.icml13.org/
. The general theme ("The Institutional Arrangements") and the suggested
themes for papers will certainly interest many of us who work with the
(minor) Uralic languages. For further information please visit the homepage
