Professorship in Finno-Ugric linguistics

Dear all,

the Department of Finnish, Finno-Ugrian and Scandinavian Studies at  
the University of Helsinki invites applications for a

PROFESSORSHIP IN FINNO-UGRIAN LINGUISTICS

for a fixed term from 1.8.2010 to 31.12.2014 (locum).

The teaching field specified for the position is Finno-Ugrian  
languages, exclusive of Estonian, Finnish and Hungarian.

Unfortunately, the invitation is available only in Finnish  
(http://www.helsinki.fi/rekrytointi/index.html?id=11414) and Swedish  
(http://www.helsinki.fi/rekrytering/index.html?id=11414) at the moment  
but I'll inform the list as soon as there will be an online English  
version at the university home page. As always, the delay is caused by  
technical problems.
