Lor ánd Benkőin memoriam

Dear All,

further sad news: Loránd Benkő, retired professor of the ELTE university,
former vice-rector of the ELTE, member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences,
known in Uralic studies in particular as the long-time leading expert of
Hungarian historical linguistics and the editor-in-chief of Hungarian
etymological dictionaries, passed away today, Monday January 17th, at the
age of almost 90 years.
