Experience of sound change applier software?

Happy New Year dear Uralists!

I am going to give a presentation on my recent experiment of using  
Internet freeware sound change appliers like IPA Zounds  
(http://zounds.artefact.org.nz/) and SCA2  
(http://www.zompist.com/sca2.html) in searching for some Baltic-Finnic  
sound changes. Before that, I would like to hear if other Uralists  
have any (good or bad) experience on using this kind of software.
