[Ura-list] new mirror archive for URA-LIST

as some of you have noticed, our mirror archive has stopped working. This was due to the reorganisation of the LINGUIST list server, but now the fabulous people of the LINGUIST list have created a new mirror archive for us. The archive is already working at
