Vol. 7 of "Suomen murteiden sanakirja" (kiainen - konkelopuu) is now online at http://kaino.kotus.fi/sms/ , which means that a major part of entries beginning with k (kiainen – kyntsöttää) is now electronically available. Further publications will follow.

Happy Kalevala Day to everybody – and those in or near Helsinki, don't forget the seminar to celebrate the 150th anniversary of E. N. Setälä's birth. (The real B-day was yesterday, the seminar will take place on Monday: http://helsinginyliopisto.etapahtuma.fi/Default.aspx?tabid=304&id=8377 . And, as we all know, the SMS was one of the numerous projects which Setälä initiated.)
