I enjoyed reading the attachment, unfortunately it contained only two pages. It seemed that there were more. Has there been a technology problem? If there are more pages, I would very much appreciate being able to read the.
You may remember, we met in Vaishali a few years ago to exchange views about use of the roman script for Marathi. I had intended to do something about that. I have had health (eyesight) problems since that time, consequently reduced my serious activities somewhat. In the meanwhile, devanagari keyboards have progressed. Particularly on the iPad and iPhone, there is quite a good one. There is still room for improvement.
Anyway..it was very good to see your text in pure Marathi, so clear and yet powerful. I am not talking about use of devanagari, but the language. It is particularly poignant, since so many people in Maharashtra are unable to , or do not care to write without interspersing many English words. No doubt, this is a normal process of language change, but it is so rapid that one fears for the survival of the beautiful mother tongue. I apologise for writing this in English. I have lived in the UK for 52 years of my the 65 years of my life. Writing in Marathi is now becoming a strain with memory/ vocabulary deteriorating. Wishing that were not so.
Please let know if further pages are available. Thank you. Best regards.
