Kwaito; Big five; LBJs

I have the impression this is a general piece of birder jargon in the
U.S.  Our electronic cite file has it back to 1982 and it's probably a
good deal older.  I've certainly heard birders use it in the NYC/New
England area.  Interesting that it's also used in southern Africa.
