Balfours--Home of the Famous Pie Floater

   At the Adelaide train station is "The Great South Australian Pie Cart."
It is owned by Balfours, and declares, "Home of the Famous Pie Floater--A
South Australian Tradition."
   The pie cart offers such things as Cornish Pasties and Footy Pies.
   The person there said that the "pie floater" originated with a cart named
Gibbs, and that Balfours bought the thing.  He said that the pie floater goes
back "about 100 years."
