Anyone who finds this minor transliteration variant problematic should be
absolutely outraged at such names as "Germany", "Sweden", and "Norway" ...
to say nothing of the barbarous "Bangkok" for Krung Thep. I hope the
catalogs make the proper redirection for these ... and for Rome, Moscow,
Copenhagen, Bucharest, Belgrade, and most of the world's other well-known
geographical names.
