Sloppy Joe's

My sister let slip the term 'Maid-Rite' for a sloppy joe. This seems to be a
regionalism (Dubuque, Iowa and parts north along the river), one based on a
brand name.

I gather that a Maid-Rite is a sloppy joe mix sold to non-chain restaurants.
My memory is you see a sign in windows advertising that these are available.
