   Becky Mercuri's SANDWICHES THAT YOU WILL LIKE features the New Jersey specialty "Taylor Ham" on page 60. "Actually, it's a pork roll that is now sold by several firms, but Taylor Provisions in Trenton, New Jersey, is said to have created the original product."  No date is given.
   I don't know if DARE is interested or has prepared an entry.
