Lemonade Sugar

The OED, under lemonade, has "lemonade crystal, powder and syrup", with citations from 1902, 1896 and 1822, respectively. Here is another variant:

Lemonade Sugar. *** This sugar with which the acid juice of the lemon is chemically combined, needs only to be put into water, to make excellent lemonade. *** [refers to an ad, not looked for] Evening Post (New York), July 14, 1843, p. 2, col. 4

I notice also that for "lemonade bottle" OED has only a passage from 1972, but referring to "lemonade bottles of long ago." How long ago? No doubt Barry will tell us.
