Question about Scottish

In Crystal's Cambridge Encyclopedia of the English Language he reproduces a
page from Orton's Survey of English Dialects which maps the grammatical forms
"Give it me, Give it to me, and Give me it".   The former is a West Midland and
Kentish form--the Northern form is Give me it.--but of course this is only
for England, not Scotland.
