blend "blown out of context"

In case someone collects these, I wanted to mention a syntactic blend I came
across in an online forum: "This is blown out of context".

The thread was discussing a quote from a celebrity whose choice of a
particular word had gotten people on the list riled up. So, the meaning was
clearly a blend of "taken out of context" and "blown out of proportion".
