"anal glaucoma", a new disorder

I think I first heard (or read) this joke two or three years ago. I
seem to recall retelling it with a slightly more clinically accurate
name (glaucoma can cause blindness but isn't itself a form of
blindness), but obviously "anal glaucoma" is the form that's in
circulation, and I would imagine it's accelerating in spread.

I'm reminded of what a friend (in the early '90s) called a "sexual
concussion" ("sexual migraine" or something like that would be
better): "a fucking headache."

Tangentially, another turn of phrase that is increasingly popular
among athletes is "a bad day at the office" for when a game or a race
doesn't go smoothly.
