Different people do different broadcasts, as they are not in the same
locations. Unlike Univision, which does all commentary on the matches they
broadcast from a single location (allowing the same team of commentators to
cover all matches), ESPN does it on-site and live. (They don't really have
to, as there is a single global feed for all FIFA games, but that's how they
choose to cover it.)
