Some London slang terms - origins? (UNCLASSIFIED)

Rude is from Rude Boy, presumably. Jamaican slang came to Britain in the 1960s and 70s. Much used by The Specials and other bands on Two-Tone Records. Here's a good tune to go with it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DtHbxkASFmc David Hughes
