heart attack in the eye

A friend has just forwarded a photo sent to her by another friend. It is
a picture of a bacon-toffee donut, accompanied by the comment, "Yes,
this is what you think it is, and YES, it is delicious! Like having
pancakes, syrup and bacon in one bite. I think I just had a heart attack
in my eye." I would guess, it's related to the "heart attack on the plate".

     VS-)

PS: The pitchman for the Heart Attack Grill appears to have died
recently... from a heart attack. http://goo.gl/nG3Za
