Triangle of Death

Dr. Oz says, "Don't mess with the Triangle of Death!"

I didn't realize this was a medical term when I heard it from a fellow
graduate
student in the mid- to late 1970s.

But it *has* stuck in my mind.

Not in OED. Influenced by the "Bermuda Triangle" (1964)?
