Dear colleagues,

I would like to use this opportunity to encourage you to consider applying for this CRC position at the University of Lethbridge. We have so far not received a very large number of strong applications. As you can see if you read the description, the field of specialization is fairly open. We desperately need linguists here, especially people who have expertise in Algonquian languages and are interested in / qualified to leading the development of new ways of structuring and delivering our (mostly Blackfoot and Cree) language curriculum and in developing community-based language revitalization initiatives to support work already going on in the local Blackfoot-speaking communities.

For details see: https://uleth.peopleadmin.ca/postings/1218

If you are interested and want to speak about it privately, please feel free to contact me by email or phone.

Inge
