Reflexives and di-verbs in Standard Indonesian

Dear fellow Austronesianists,

I have some questions about how anaphora are bound in so-called
"passive" constructions in Standard Indonesian. If I'm not mistaken,
the argument with the highest-ranking thematic role must bind a
reflexive in sentences such as the following:

(1) a. Mobil itu dikemudikannya sendiri
	b. Mobil itu dikemudikan dia sendiri
	c. Mobil itu dia kemudikan sendiri
'S/he can drive the car her-/him-self'

(2)	a. Anak-anak itu dapat dijaganya dirinya
	b. Anak-anak itu dapat dia jaga dirinya
'S/he can look after the children her-/him-self'

(3)	a. Buku ini diambil saya untuk saya sendiri
	b. Buku ini saya ambil untuk saya sendiri
'I'm taking this book for myself'

(4	Lukisan itu dicat kami sendiri
	'We did the painting ourselves'

My 2 main questions are:
1) Are the above sentences grammatical?
2) Do they have the same meaning as the English glosses?

Thank you!

-Whitney
