bound morphemes in Tagalog

Dear AN-LANG-ers,
I would eb grateful for quick answers to either of these questions:

1) Does Tagalog have a class of bound root morphemes, i.e. root morphemes
which only occur bearing an affix?
I mean a significant class, not just the odd one or three (I should go to
the library & find out for myself, but ... the usual excuses).

2) Is there a discussion list devoted only to Indonesian or Malay (their
analysis and/or teaching)?
