[An-lang] Clan names in the Oceanic languages

Working on Oceanic kin terms and clan names for the next 17 months.

Clan names of Chuukic are now organized to some extent:

The expanding pdf document will have the same name and URL address for the
next year and a half.

Kin terms and clan names cognate quest will go on for a year and a bit then
the writing up will have to be finalised.

Will be doing the standard searches.
Will be very grateful for references to obscure sources.
