[An-lang] Oceanic Linguistics update

We are writing to update you on the status of Oceanic Linguistics. The 59th
(2020) volume has now been finalised and University of Hawai‘i Press
anticipates publication in mid to late February. This will be a double
issue.

Several factors have combined to delay publication: the global pandemic,
changes in OL staffing, and the sheer number of articles being published!
OL 59 will be a record breaking volume at 500+ pages! We would like to
thank our contributors, reviewers, and readers for their patience and
continuing support of Oceanic Linguistics in what has been a grueling year.

The process for publication for OL 60-1 has already begun and we anticipate
that issue will appear on time in June 2021.
