Subject: Koine query

Is anybody on the list aware of recent important articles/books (published
in the 80s and 90s...) that would update the "classical" articles/books of
the 50s and 60s  by J.Fuck, C.Rabin, C.Ferguson, D.Cohen, concerning the
koine and the formation of classical arabic?
