Subject: mora query

Hello all,
I wonder if there is a minimal mora restriction on Arabic Nouns,Verbs,or
both.And if initial consonant clusters are permitted in Arabic as in
'staqbala' (he received), is this cluster Moraic or not,Is the first Moraic
alone?
Any info. or useful references to this subject are highly appreciated.
