Subject:Needs specific instructions to get PC to do Arabic

Dear Arabic List subscribers,
I am interested in knowing how to ready my computer (Dell with Windows
98) to do Arabic computing. It seems to be that I need to have Windows
2000. Does anyone know how I might go about achieving this capability
on my desktop. I already have the keyboard printout. I have had
several technical people attempt to do this facilitation, but they
aren't familiar with the language. If you know this process, would you
be so kind as to share the information with me? shukran!
